The System Dynamics Research On Information Sharing Incentives Based On Cybermediary

The development of the network intermediary makes people's lives become more convenient and efficient, at the same time, information asymmetries are gradually intensified, become the problem which can not be ignored in the development of the network intermediary, and cause more and more people's attention. If we allow this phenomenon in the network intermediary platform spreads indiscriminately, it is bound to affect the long-term and stable development of the network intermediary platform. The key is how to reduce the occurrence of this phenomenon, make the information sharing more effective. By analyzing the structure and behavior of the cybermediary information-sharing incentive system, the paper raises and summarizes a series of information sharing incentives.This paper uses the system dynamics theory to analyze the problem. The first section describes the significance, purpose of this study, summarizes the content, research methods and the status quo of this content at home and abroad; the second part analyzes the cybermediary information sharing incentive's status quo, pointing out the problems in information-sharing incentives:adverse selection and moral hazard, on this basis analyzes and summarizes that the causes of the problem are adverse selection and moral hazard; the third section design the cybermediary information-sharing incentive system in accordance with system dynamics modeling process, first determine the modeling objectives, analyze the system impact factors, to establish a causal diagram, and then establish of the stock flow diagram; the fourth section tests the cybermediary information-sharing incentive system, including dimensional consistency test and authenticity testing, to make sure the system can be used to analyze the behavior and characteristics of the cybermediary information-sharing incentive system. On this basis, carry on the system simulation, compare the changes of the quality asymmetric information and price information asymmetry or other factors to the system change. Give the cybermediary information-sharing incentives applicable proposals; the fifth section is the full-text summary, and look forward to the study contents in the future.The innovations of this paper are applying the system dynamics method to the cybermediary information-sharing incentive system, and building the cybermediary information-sharing incentive system's causal diagram and stock flow diagram; carrying on the system simulation according to the specific data, coming up with the cybermediary information-sharing incentives applicable proposals.
