Research On Strategy Of Enterprise Operation Performance Evaluation Based On EVA And BSC Perspective

With the economic globalization and the coming of the information age,the competitiveenvironment of enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce and business activities are becomingincreasingly complex, the management mode of the enterprise also should change, enterpriseslowly step into the era of strategy-oriented management. Enterprise performance evaluation is animportant part of business management; due to the tradition performance evaluation system of theal industrial age has many defects, make it can not be applied to the requirements of enterprisestrategic management and performance evaluation. Enterprise strategy performance evaluationsystem comes into being, it is important that it is not only a means of performance evaluation, butalso a stethoscope of enterprise management status is used to explore the strengths andweaknesses in the process of enterprise development and look for opportunities to open up ashortcut for long-term development of enterprises.The article summarizes traditional performance evaluation and analyzs their defects.By deeply analyzing EVA and BSC, This article puts forward new ideas for the establishmentof strategic performance evaluation system. The article integrates EVA and BSC to establish a setof strategic performance evaluation system. Finally, the article describes the methods of indexweights and the process of strategic performance evaluation.
