In this paper, entrepreneurial motivation of students and their influencing factors were studiedthrough questionnaires and depth interviews, and for different motives are concerned with analysis ofthe performance impact. Entrepreneurial motivation for students, achievement motivation, controlincentives to protect the incentives and support to motivate four different motives. Motivational factorsaffecting entrepreneurs from personality characteristics, corporate entrepreneurship and innovationcapacity and entrepreneurial environment in four aspects to analyze, in addition, business performanceis to examine potential through enterprise development and corporate profitability.Through the study found that students achievement motivation and control incentives and businessdevelopment potential is positively related to achievement motivation and control of the studentsincentive, the stronger the potential for the development of enterprises, the stronger the controlincentives for students and corporate profitability a positive correlation. But this kind of enterpriseperformance measurement method has some limitation; business performance measurement is based onthe respondents to the subjective evaluation of income for their own business. The study also found that the questionnaire and depth interviews with the results of a certaindegree of dissimilarity. Stressed in the survey, the majority of respondents from all levels ofachievement motivation and control incentives, incentives for the protection and support incentives toemphasize is not obvious. However, in-depth interviews in this case, by contrast, although only part ofthe respondents said that in time, indeed for economic security or occasional business opportunities, butanalysis is not difficult to find the other respondents, entrepreneurial experience and interview forstudents from the campus into the community, entrepreneurial business is undoubtedly the lowest choiceof their opportunity cost. The reason why is there such a difference in the depth interviews andquestionnaires, and the differences of the research method itself. In addition, from the depth interviewsor questionnaires, we can draw the entrepreneurial motivation of the students are not single, or evenunstable. The author out of the questionnaires and interviews of the respondents to make a comparisonand found that the answers of the respondents in the survey than to answer in-depth interviews withhigh-sounding addition, students venture individual motivation is complex, the entrepreneurial motivesare not the same at different stages of entrepreneurship.
