Empirical Study On Balance Urban Rural Development In The Central Region Of China

Since the reform and opening up, the central regions economic made great progress, but the imbalance of urban and rural economic development, and urban-rural gap severely hampering the central regions economic sustainable development. The Country planning has already state promote public resources in the balance of the configuration and promote production factors in the free flow of between urban and rural areas will solve the problems.Therefore, analysis urban and rural development from perspective of factors mobility has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper, from the perspective of flowage of productive factors combined with theoretical research background, first, according to the development and the relationship between urban and rural areas in central region, by using principal component calculating the urban-rural orchestration level of six provinces in central China. Then, analysis the situation of labor mobility and capital mobility.Second, analysis the influences of labor mobility and capital mobility in central region on balanced urban and rural development, setting labor mobility and capital mobility linear model and panel data model of the six provinces and central region respectively, considerate the effect of the labor mobility and capital mobility on balanced urban and rural development. Again, by introducing the production function of Cobb-Douglas. using the two elements as the independent variable together, set up the six provinces and central regions urban-rural orchestration empirical analysis model, discuss the influence of factors mobility of on balanced urban and rural development. Finally, according to the conclusion of impact analysis and empirical analysis, from the perspective of flowage of productive factors, the paper presents some policy suggestions for balanced urban and rural development in central region of China.
