Technological transaction is an important way to promote the technological innovation and knowledge to flow among the innovation actors, and promote rational distribution of resources. Through appropriate incentives, the innovation potential actors can be stimulated so as to speed up the transfer of scientific and technological achievements and applications, and promote technological progress and economic growth. The technology products in the real technology market have differences in the quality of products. And there are information asymmetry between the two sides of technical trading on technical quality and value distribution of the commodity. As a result, the technology market presents a similar phenomenon of "second-hand car market". Technology intermediary who has the screening capacity and credibility will play an important role in the technological transaction process. So the study of the characteristics of technological transactions and the problems of adverse selection in the technology market, analysis on the validity of the main transaction actors to establish a "reputation" for the elimination of market adverse selection, and to explore the development and improvement of an effective way to technology market, that is of great significance. Based on China's technology market research background, and the current research results from home and abroad in this field, this paper has been using the systematic research and theoretical modeling methods, eyes on the characteristics of technological transactions, to analyze adverse selection in technology market and particularly apply reputation model to technology market. The efficiency of building reputation in technology market to eliminate the adverse selections is analyzed systematically. On the basis of the above research, considering the existing obstacles to the innovation of China's technological transaction market, the development strategies in this field are proposed.
