The Research Of Issues Facing To Local Large Software Outsourcing Company

This thesis analyzed a series of issues facing to the large software outsourcing company in China from internal management and outside competition, and provided suggestions related.First, this thesis described the environment and situation of local software outsourcing company, and illustrated their advantages and disadvantages further.Secondly, this thesis described the issues of human resource management, cost control process, infrastructure building and company mechanism, and said that the company should adopt the flexible management style based on local culture, the characteristics of software outsourcing company and the requirement of the client.And then, this thesis discussed how to establish the company brand, how to utilize the oversee resource and how to maintain the long term relationship with the client. It said the local company should absorb fund from famous enterprise, establish brand client, develop its own product and join to make the standard. Meanwhile, developing the international market with the help of student abroad and oversea agency is also very important. Finally, this thesis forecasted some trends in software outsourcing field, including enterprise merge and acquisition, whole outsourcing, outsourcing based on layer and more focus on local market.
