Design And Realization Of Geographic Information Public Service Of Digital Nanchang

With the development of geographic information systems and computer networktechnology, the popularization of GIS in the fields of such as E-government, digitalcity construction makes the utilization of GIS resources going deep into the all aspects ofspecialized fields, e.g. land management, electricity,telecommunications, urban pipelinenetworks, water and fire areas, transportation, urban planning and so on. Many cities havebuilt the GIS such as digital urban management, the police GIS, digital land informationsystem, etc. and have won good effectives of government and society. However, from thepoint of whole part view, the collection of information resources is lack of a unifiedstandard, and that different formal of data, disunited classical code caused an seriousproblem of information resources sharing though it has made a certain level of goodbenefits; serious problem of data reconstruction, waste of information resources,and thelack of unified system construction standard among various systems bring about a seriousproblems of low-level repetitive development, low overall efficiency and hard interconnec-ion for application software platform of resources software.As for such serious problems in process of construction of digital city, the paperstudied the key technologies of platform construction and the realization of functions ofplatform based on the geographic information public service platform of Nanchang afteranalyzed the development status and trends of digital city construction domestic andabroad. The platform is J2EE frame based, SOA architecture sustained by WebService. ItIntegrated the advanced technologies which are as follows: GIS, WebService, AJAX, OGCcriterion, etc. The construction of platform dedicated to promote the effective sharing ofNanchang geographic information resources, provided a convenient and efficient networkof geographic information services for government departments, enterprises, institutions a-nd the general public. Information silos among departments will be eliminated. Besides,duplicate investment and waste of in the construction of information will be reduced.The paper is base on the design and realization on public platform of DigitalNanchang geographic information, detail works are as follows:(1)Analyzed the status quo of construction of digital city domestic and aboard,elaborated the problems and deficiency in domestic digital construction and the aim andsignificance of digital city construction; depict the standards referred and key technologyadopted of platform construction. (2)Researched the details and frames of public platform of Digital Nanchanggeographic information. Made a preliminary study of technical architecture which is usedas geographic information public platform realization. Apart from this, a detail explanationis given for Key module design and construction of the database of platform.(3)The realization of basic functions of platform,as well as Thematic map system ofseventh city games based on the platform.(4)Finally, conclude and outlook is made based on all entire work related in thispaper.
