The dissertation chooses the problems of Smarandache related functions andSmarandache sequencents put forward, and then further goes deep into studying theirmean value problems, and sets up some new functions by using the familiar functions.Specifically, at last, we can elaborate the main achievements contained in thisdissertation from the following aspects:1. Studying the mean value properties of function of functions involvingK n andtwo special arithmetical functions and the mean value properties about Near PseudoSmarandache notions on simple numbers respectively, a series of regular results areobtained;2. Based on the function S n and factor plot sequence q d n, the functiondn x21is constructed and its hybrid mean value problem isdiscussed.3. By leading into a new additive function n, the research is similar inSmarandache makes up the several letters number the nature, and obtained three sharpermean value formulas, those are f rand itsolved a kind of mean value problems about related Smarandache function;4. By exploring the arithmetic function involving related withak n andfk n, thusenriching the study and applications of k-th power complements, additioncomplementary function and residue complementary function.
