Luanchuan molybdenum polymetallic ore concentration area is tectonicallylocated in the junction zone between the southern margin of North China and theNorth Qinling orogenic belt. Under the control and influence of regional geologicalbackground, tectonic setting, metallogenic geological condition and so on, NWW-NW,NNE-NE structures develop well. NWW-NW, NNE-NE fault structures are theimportant rock-controlling and ore-controlling structures in Luanchuan oreconcentration area. They not only control the space location of intermediate-acidgranite but also play an important role in the formation distribution and spacialvariation of Mo-W-Pb-Zn-Ag polymetallic deposits as well as metallized points.Through the research work of tectonic fracture geochemistry in Luanchuanmolybdenum polymetallic ore concentration area, it can be seen that elements isextremely enriched in tectonic fractures. Mo and W are the mineralization indicatorelements in high temperature. Cu, Pb, Zn and Ag are the mineralization indicatorelements in mid-low temperature. As, Sb, Bi and Hg are the front halo indicatorelements. La, Rb, Sr and K2O indicate the deep intermediate-acid magma activity andthe deep mineralization information. Combining geological characteristics andstructure rock-controlling and ore-controlling roles with typical deposit geologycharacteristics in Luanchuan ore concentration area, the author analysiscomprehensively and delineate favorable exploration sections and prospectingexploration targets. Exploration engineering are carried out to the previous sectionsand targets. As a result, promising mineralized body and obvious mineralizingalteration are found in the engineering deep. The result shows that the tectonicfracture geochemistry method is very effective for mineral exploration in Luanchuanore concentration area. In addition,it provide some reference for the deep mineralexploration in Luanchuan ore concentration area.After the research of elements geochemistry of different direction tectonicfracture (NWW-NW, NNE-NE) in Luanchuan molybdenum polymetallic oreconcentration area, it can be said that mineralization elements (Mo, W, Cu, Pb, Zn, Ag, As, Sb, Bi and Hg) and diagenetic elements (La, Rb, Sr, K2O and Na2O) are moreenriched in NNE-NE tectonic fracture than NWW-NW one. On the base of thesummary of geological characteristics and tectonic rock-controlling andore-controlling roles in Luanchuan ore concentration area, the author does research onfault structure geochemistry characteristics and tectonic fracture geochemistry. Theresult suggests that NNE-NE fault structures play more important roles inrock-controlling and ore-controlling than NWW-NW ones in Luanchuan oreconcentration area. Mineralized body is more easily enriched in NNE-NE faultstructures. Besides, it lays the foundation for the further mineral exploration inLuanchuan ore concentration area.
