In this thesis, we investigate a system consisting two atoms trapped in separate cavities coupled by fiber, and the atoms interact with its own local cavity model. Firstly, we studied the dynamical behaviors of entanglement between two atoms and between two cavity field are from two different initial states by concurrence. The results show that in both case the atom-cavity model coupling strength, the detuning, and the fiber model-cavity model hopping strength commonly affected with the entanglement and show great difference in different initial states. Then, we analyzed the relation between the subsystems by linear entropy and quantum mutual entropy. The results show that, in this model, if the exciton distribution is symmetric initially, the quantum mutual entropy between two JC subsystems can reflect the atoms and cavity field entanglement aggregates, vice is not. In addition, we found that the evolution of quantum mutual between two atoms and between two cavity field has the same change trend with the entanglement evolution calculated by concurrence.
