Abstract/Summary:

In this paper, we studied two problems related to p-groups of maximalclass. This paper consists of four chapters. Chapter I is an introduction tothis paper. Chapter II gives a list of preliminaries for this paper. In Chap-ter III we give some results about p-groups of maximal class whose secondcentralizing group are not unique. In Chapter IV we give a characteriza-tion of finite p-groups in which all nonabelian subgroups are generated byelement of order p.
