Rhodotorula is high oil-producing yeast. In this paper, using the Papain to treat the malt extract culture medium, and then Study the growth of Rhodotorula effects by the medium. Add Spirulina platensis proteins, peptides to the medium and study the growth of Rhodotorula Using the Enzyme to treat malt extract on the basis of the single-factor experiments, by the response surface model, optimum conditions are as follows:enzyme concentration0.69g/100g; heating time is7.42minutes; heating temperature is57℃. Under the optimized conditions, using100g malt extract to culture, Rhodotorula yeast obtains the theoretical biomass value is10.98g, the experimental value is10.35g, the relative error is5.74%. Extracting the Spirulina protein to add in malt extract medium to cultured Rhodotorula glutinis, the biomass is12.57g, malt extract powder protein content of6.7%, adding an equal amount of malt extract protein content, obtained biomass of Rhodotorula glutinis is11.13g, enzymatic hydrolysis of Spirulina protein polypeptide joined in malt extract medium to cultured Rhodotorula glutinis, the biomass is20.52g, through column chromatography separation of peptides get four components1,2,3,4, respectively adding to malt extract medium to cultivate Rhodotorula glutinis the biomass are16.38g,26.63g,19.63g,18.25g. Experiments show that spirulina polypeptide fractions of2have significant influence on Rhodotorula growth. The study on the biomass of Rhodotorula has increased significantly; the results are beneficial for further study of Rhodotorula glutinis grease content.
