Regional innovation system include environmental factors, principal partfactors, input elements and output elements, that system operation mechanismbetween them as a whole plays a vital role for the operation and development ofthe innovation system. The author use system dynamics to build a systemdynamics simulation model of regional innovation systems, and then takeadvantage of VENSIM platform to carry out systematic and dynamic simulationfor established system dynamics model, analysing dynamics characteristicssuch as output traction mechanism, collaborative mechanism, cycle feedbackmechanism from the perspective of dynamic analysis. In this paper, the authormake use of dynamics simulation model make an application analysis toregional innovation system of jilin province. According to the characteristicsindustry and development situation of regional innovation system of jilinprovince, regional innovation system dynamics simulation model of jilinprovince was builded, and scientific and technological production value of the12th Five-Year Plan is as the target. Through adjusting the parameters of themodel to achieve the target of the12th Five-Year Plan. The results indicate thatthe degree of sensitivity of Jilin characteristic industry innovation outputtowards input of science and technology innovation for low sort is equipmentmanufacturing, agricultural food industry, medicine manufacturing, chemicalfiber industry, chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing.Regional innovation simulation model of jilin province can provide basis forformulating of government policy and has a high practical applicability.
