Water is one of the important and indispensable resources. At present, ourcountry faces two major problems, one is the lack of freshwater resources, and theother is the disaster-prone of groundwater sources. On the basis of the independentlydeveloped Magnetic Resonance sounding system, the array MRS system has been putforward, so as to improve the accuracy of the groundwater resource investigation andrealize the purpose of detection of disasters water and other complex target water. Andalso it made the measurement be expanded from1D to2D.Based on the Labview software design platform, this paper introduces design ofarray MRS control software, which including the launch control and reception controlsection, has realized array of multi-channel data acquisition, processing andpreservation of the function.The launch control part mainly includes the control ofexcitation pulse moment automatic, power, transmit timing, etc. The receive sectioncontrols the amplifier part and the acquisition part of each sub-receiver. In the arraysystem, these controls related to the number of receivers. Specific content is asfollows:Through the design of measuring the resonant impedance Vi, in the excitationpulse moment automatic control module, not only matching of the measuringinstrument front-end to the launch part had been completed, but a set of pulsemoments had been automatically selected in the logarithmic way according to theparameters of the pulse moment threshold, which made the accuracy of the excitationpulse moment much higher.Power automatic control module mainly includes the excitation voltage settingand power automatically discharge-control of two parts. Of which, the excitationvoltage setting part was set to monitor voltage real-time through software-controlledpower supply charging voltage settings. The setting of power discharge has beenchanged from manually to automatically, so that the remaining capacity in the powerbox can be discharged at the end of the operation of the instrument, thereby ensuringthe safety of instrument and personnel.Launch control module made the instrument with the timing in an orderly run,with selecting the operating mode of the control panel, setting excitation frequency,controlling the operation timing of the instrument and issuing synchronous acquisition and synchronization of received instructionIn the array amplifier control module, amplifier in each array achieved to becontrolled through the design of communication protocols array channel number. Alsothe amplifier bandwidth, gain and center frequency can be set in the amplifierparameters sub-Vi. Just because of control of the array amplifier, it is successful toprotect the normal work of the array collection.As a result of a “producer-consumer” model, the array acquisition and controlmodule gives full play to the advantage of Labview writing multi-threaded programand saves the time of the multi-channel operation. Also in accordance with therequirements designed three work threads, such as data acquisition, processing intothe map and overlay to save, this achieved real-time monitoring of multiple channelsof data collection, overlay operations and data retention. In addition, three workingthreads are designed for data processing sub-Vi, data mapping sub-Vi, formattingsub-Vi, etc.The control software for MRS water detector designed in this paper had alreadydone some indoor test, which verified the reliability and stability of the controlsoftware running. Specifically, we tested the excitation pulse moment setting module,power control module, acquisition and control module.Through the analysis among the excitation pulse moment setting module results,it is suggested that resonant impedance error rate is1.7%, and the pulse momentssetting error is lesson than2%. The power control module had been used to set thepower supply charging voltage, which made power supply automatically dischargeuntil under10V. Moreover, the acquisition and control module had been reliablyachieved on multi-channel data acquisition, processing maps and overlay saved, etc.Finally, a measurement example is given in the paper in Shaoguo Town inChangchun city,with five channel array type working mode, Array MRS2D detection.Control software to achieve the pulse torque automatic setting and power automaticdischarge function, and completed channels data acquisition, processing andpreservation of the function, validation of the control software of the practicality andstability.
