In animal populations. Social interactions between animals individualcommunication. The transmission of information have optical communication method, chemical communication, Voice communication and other methods. While in the anuransound is the main way of information transmission, also maintenance of anuran speciessurvival and reproduction is indispensable important one annulus, ecology andbehavioral research is an important field. Anuran acoustic research lies in the analysis ofits biological significance(i.e.Individual identification and species identification, such assexual selection), understanding of chirp in frogs in the evolution of role.From2011May to July in Hengdaohezi Town, Hailin County, Heilongjiangprovince, the frog’s body size (body weight, body length), morphology (head length, head width), environmental temperature, call signals of the Hyla ussuriensis breedingperiod are recorded and processed. Using relevant software to analyze acoustic songs, preliminary discussion of the main song spectrum characteristics and biologicalsignificance.Hyla ussuriensis males were observed to produce two distinctively different typesof mating calls: advertisement call to attract conspecific females and encounter call tokeep off potential competitor males. Whereas advertisement calls were organized inbouts of calls or notes, encounter calls were usually produced as separate calls. The twosong in acoustic characteristics have obvious differences, such as the pulse number ofencounter call significantly more than advertisement call, and the frequency ofencounter call was lower than advertisement call. In advertisement call, call in thefrequency characteristic parameters for2371±106.638Hz, range from2068to2656Hz.Call duration0.38533±0.072613s, range from0.159~0.553s (including time interval).Call number159.6±26.5times/points, range from108~210/cent. The temperature is8.3~19.0℃, humidity in70%~97%, dominant frequency of Hyla ussuriensis showeda negation correlation with body length, forelimb length, hindlimb length, head width, head length and so on. The mating males in body weight, body length, dominantfrequency, baseband, and other aspects is bigger than non-mating males, whereas inhead length, head width, call duration is less than non-mating males, but no significant difference. On the experiment of Hyla ussuriensis call parameters with Kyu-bom Parkreported that Hyla japonica call parameters were compared. The results show thatdominant frequency of Hyla ussuriensis (2.371±0.106KHz) is lower than Hyla japonicabut pulse number is more in advertisement call. Dominant frequency and push numberof Hyla ussuriensis are lower than Hyla japonica in encounter call.
