In this paper, the Tertiary in Jiyang Depression as a key object of study, According the analysis of characteristics of Jiyang Depression Tertiary source rocks, hydrocarbon migration and argillaceous caprock, study on the evaluation method of Jiyang Depression Tertiary hydrocarbon accumulation distribution, Initial forecast favorable areas of Jiyang Depression Tertiary hydrocarbon accumulation in accordance with the evaluation method.We get the following main knowledge:1.According the analysis of characteristics of Jiyang Depression Tertiary source rocks, hydrocarbon migration and argillaceous caprock, study on the evaluation method of Jiyang Depression Tertiary hydrocarbon accumulation distribution.Take to combined evaluation of source rocks, hydrocarbon migration and caprock evaluation as a evaluation method of Jiyang Depression Tertiary hydrocarbon accumulation distribution.2. A preliminary prediction of Jiyang Depression Tertiary hydrocarbon accumulation distribution is given with hydrocarbon migration characteristics and argillaceous caprock destribution characteristics.The Oil and gas distribution predicting favorable area of Es3and Es4(layer series of source rock) mainly distributed in range of effective hydrocarbon generation of source rocks and in the overlapping scope of fracture-bedding plane-strata passage systems and fracture-destruction caprock.The Oil and gas distribution predicting favorable area of Es2and Nm(layer series of non-source rock) mainly distributed in the overlapping scope of fracture-bedding plane-strata passage systems and "transition zone of fracture-destruction caprock and porosity caprock" and in the overlapping scope of fault-fracture-bedding plane-strata passage systems and "transition zone of fracture-destruction caprock and fault-destruction caprock" and in the ovrelapping scope of fault-bedding plane-strata passage systems and "transition zone of fracture-destruction caprock and porosity caprock" in the direction of hydrocarbon migration.
