The measurement of earth tilt is an important method of studying earthcrust deformation and its earth tide, which means much to Geodynamics andthe observation of earthquake prognostic. New tiltmeter adoptedmonofilament suspension swinging body structure, and through the higherresolution and observation accuracy of differential capacitor sensorcooperate, make its observable two free measure; The paper also introducesnew tiltmeter mechanical structure design idea and method, measurementinstrument in the process of higher stability, more accurate signalconversion.In this paper, the deformation instrument measurement principle as well asthe mechanical structure of the electrostatic feedback tiltmeter and theircomponents, in depth study of differential capacitance micrometer sensors. Themain findings are as follows:(l) The article uses mechanical vibration principle, deduces theinstrument of mechanical part of dynamic equation and draw the amplitudefrequency characteristics curve, calculation and analysis the terrainvariable and instruments of the relationship between output andsystematically discusses the new tiltmeter, the measurement principle ofconcrete analysis instrument to acceleration signal measurement.(2) New mechanical structure of the instrument of tiltmeter, has avery important position. This paper mainly studies the important machineparts and pendulum system structure, to a single body swinging and reversethe structure model of two degrees of freedom were analyzed, and thecalculation error influence,Theoretical guidance for the design of Swing.(3) New tiltmeter platform is the foundation of the instrument, theinstrument measuring big effect. So this paper the design method of theplatform. The main research triangle structure and the structure of theinstrument, the impact of performance, but also in the measurement of theplatform in the environment of the error of measurement instruments toproduce effect of detailed of calculation and analysis, and guide the instrument design.(4) The sensor is a central part of new tiltmeter, this paperintroduces the high precision differential capacitance sensor, andthrough the analysis of theory in a body swinging process, the sensor willdisplacement signal into electrical signal produces in the process of thenonlinear error calculation.
