VDS hydraulic manifold block, installed in steerable sleeve of drill stem, is the corecomponent of AADDS automatic vertical drilling tool’s inclined institution. In the drillingprocess, bit tooth discontinuous strike stratum or rock intermittent broken, driving the drill stemvibration, instantaneous vibration acceleration can achieve more than20g. Drilling tools, especially the new development VDS block, whether can work reliable in strong vibrationenvironment must be inspected through vibration test.Hydraulic system of vibration table requires high power to drive VDS block’s vibrationacceleration up to20g. This paper designs hydraulic mechanism through optimum matching thepressure-flow curve of servo valve and load to minimize the power of the hydraulic pump station. It selective analyzes the reason why acceleration sine response appears odd harmonics in theory, then proposes nonlinear AMFC control method to solve this problem. It’s verified useful bySimulink, the simulation shows that it can effectively eliminate the servo valve nonlinear flowcharacteristics, and substantial increases displacement following precision as well as reduceswaveform distortion of acceleration. The nonlinear AMFC control algorithm is realized byLabVIEW and applied in electric hydraulic vibration, and it achieves a good effect.Instantaneous acceleration is up to50g in the experiment, meets the vibration accelerationdemand. The experiment result shows that pressure response curve of VDS block in differentvibration acceleration is equal to that with no vibration. That means the working performance ofVDS block has nothing to do with vibration environment, in other words, the block can worknormally in strong vibration environment.
