With the development of society economy and civilization, geologic hazards have soimportant effects that human have to provide prevention and cure. This paper collects theacoustic emission signals generated by changes in the rock internal rock using acoustic emissiontechnology, and analysis of the changing state of the rock, to monitor the change in status of themountain, to predict the occurrence of geological hazards.The main research of this paper is the data acquisition system of acoustic emission signal ofthe rock mass. The system is a remote control system, constituted by the supervisory computersystem and lower computer system. The supervisory computer is PC computer and the lowercomputer is single-chip, and the supervisory computer connects to lower computer by the serialport and radio, which realization of wireless data transmission between the supervisory computerand the lower computer. The supervisory computer is operation control interface, using VC++programming, and the lower computer is the single-chip control system, realization of thefunctions of data acquisition, signal processing, analog-digital conversion, data upload.First of all, this paper introduces acoustic emission technology, and presents the systemblock diagram of this system, analysis of the various functional modules of the system, includingthe role and design requirements of the module. Then this paper introduces the software designof the system, including the supervisory computer and lower computer software, and presentspart of the function code. And then this paper presents the implementation of the system,including the communication format and workflow of the system, and introduces some of theinterface operation of the system, such as setting parameters interface, running interface of thesystem.At last, this paper tests the system, with collecting acoustic emission signal in the laboratory,and the data acquisition system realization of the various operations of data acquisition, meetingthe data collection requirements.
