The21st century which we live in is the century of information, the revolution of information is the third technological revolution which is following the industrial and electronic revolution. The theme of development of information technology is speed and quality, and we will find that information always spread out by the way of network, so the speed and quality of information which transmitted over the network is the main problem that we have to consider, we discuss the problem of the transmission of information over network by subdynamic theory.First of all, from the version of93subdynamic theory, we discuss the major feature of subdynamics that is the creation and distruction operators, we put the operators into the Liouville equation, then we will get the Liouville subdynamic kinetic equation. Through a series of transformation techniques, we also get the basic operator equation and the matrix element formula for the creation and distruction operators.we are trying to describe the self-similarity of the network of brain by mapping mechanism of subdynamic theory, since both have a great deal of similarity in the structure, we introduce projection operator of Hamiltonian of the brain network, by the subdynamic kinetic equation (SKE). we find out the value of the projection operator for the forms of expression of Hamilton, then we will take the projection operator to next layer, until the last layer. This allows us to present a sort of brain network with certain self-similar characteristics by the solution of Hamiltonian of network.Following the quantum cryptography, the eavesdropper can use the space of rigged Hilbert space to tapping information but not be detected in the Hilbert space; we are trying to make a quantum anti-cryptography for the rigged Hilbert space.In the last chapter, we explore this problem, and give a summary and outlook, specifically describing the existence of problems which at the brain networks and quantum cryptography. For example, we get the information of the network of brain by which parts of the brain neuronal activity in warm to determine the function of each part of the brain, we have no technical to refinement the neurons of each part of the organization or environment, etc.:the other thing is that we have to experiment by the basis of body live, because if the brain has left the survival of the body will immediately stop work, these are difficult problem in the modern brain research. The other problem is equipment which used to observe brain. The problem of the quantum key technology is obvious, the small Hilbert space can be wiretapped by a larger Hilbert space, which may make more and more complex function space for the quantum cryptography, and enable anti-quantum cryptography to be possible, Perhaps in the future, the interaction of both positive and negative quantum cryptography is together to promote the science forward.
