The invasive plants have caused serious harm in the worldwide; they are not onlyleading to reduce or even lost the biodiversity, but treating to the global ecotype andeconomic development. In order to control the spread of invasive plants in Heilongjiangprovince, we must know the distribution of invasive plants here, so that we can researchon the corresponding control measures quickly. DNA methylation is one way of theepigenetic modification which can make autogenously variation occurred but not alterthe genetic sequence. So it is significant to study on DNA methylation of the invasionplants to understand whether it can improve the ability of adapting the environmentthrough the epigenetic modification.Taking samples in field and accessing literature are used in this study to survey thekinds and number of the invasive plants, and ArcGIS was adopted to design and providethe distribution of invasive plants in Heilongjiang province. MSAP was also used toanalyze methylated degree of Harbin and Daqing in this study to provide the basis fordiscussing the invasive mechanism of Iva xanthifolia. The results showed that:(1) There are52invasive species in Heilongjiang province, which belonging to38genera of17families,12species in Compositae,8species in Amaranthaceae,5speciesin Solanaceae,4species in Caryophyllaceae,4species in Poaceae,2species inConvolvulaceae,1species in Euphorbiaceae, Malvaceae, Onagraceae, Vitaceae,Anacardiaceae, Moraceae, cruciferae, Boraginaceae, and Polygonaceae.5weeds of theplant importing quarantine have potential dangerous which includes Ambrosiaartemisiifolia, Ambrosia trifida, Xanthium italicum, Iva xanthifolia and Loliumtemulentu.(2) The origin of the invasive plants in Heilongjiang province come from NorthAmerica, Africa, South America, Europe and Asia, which mainly come from NorthAmerica and Europe.20species (38.46%of all) come from North America and16species (30.77%of all) come from Europe. The invasive plants mainly distribute inthe south and southeast of our province and which the number of species reduce fromthe south-east to the north-west.(3) The level of unmethylation is64.38%on the "CCGG" site of HebS DNA, andthe methylation is29.40%which includes12.30%of hemi-methylation and17.10%of full methylation. The level of unmethylation is65.21%on the "CCGG" site of DqSDNA, and the methylation is27.90%which includes7.55%of hemi-methylation and20.34%of full methylation. There are no obvious differences on the methylation of"CCGG" site on DNA of Iva xanthifolia in Harbin and Daqing. However, there aresignificant differences on the hemi-methylation and full methylation of the same sitebetween the two areas. We can infer that it is different on the methylation of "CCGG"site on DNA of Iva xanthifolia between the two areas. The changing on methylation ofIva xanthifolia made a certain good effort for improving the adapting to theenvironment.
