The ecological study was conducted on ten sampling stations in the downstream of Hailang River from March2009to January2010that worked for six times. At the same time, the physical-chemical factors were tested. We use traditional microbial separation methods to study the bacterial community structure of the watershed The Canonical Correspondence Analysis was used to detect the correlation between bacteria and environmental factors by the software CANOCA (Verssion4.5) that is admitted by people to provide a guideline of management and a foundation for the future study of this area.During the period of investigations species were identified in all; there are four bacteria which are separated from the water samples, such as Pseudomonas, Zoogloeaitzigsohn, Micrococcus and Bdellovibrio, the advantage of that is Micrococcus there are five bacteria which are separated and identified from the mud samples, Pseudomonas, Zoogloeaitzigsohn, Micrococcus, Spirillum and Bdellovibrio, the advantage of that is Micrococcus.The temporal distribution discipline of the bacterial communities in the downstream of Hailang River is that, the total of bacteria in the water reaches the maximum on May, minimum on January, the changes of the number is between3.28X102and1.3X104cfu/ml.In the mud, the total of bacteria reaches the maximum on May, minimum on July, the changes of the number is between2.09×105and13.03×104cfu/ml.the total of bacteria during other time has little difference.The spatial distribution discipline of the bacterial communities in the downstream of Hailang River is that:in the water, the total of bacteria is higher in8#、9#、10#, of which8is the largest,4082cfu/ml;1#、5#、6#is the lower, of which1#is the lowest,142cfu/ml.In soil, the total of bacteria is higher in8#、9#、10#, of which8is the largest,8.35×105cfu/ml;1#、3#、7#is the lower, of which1#is the lowest,9.7×104cfu/ml.The correlation analysis about the amount of the water samples of bacteria in the downstream of Hailang River with the8physical and chemical factors of water,such as SD、 T、TP、TN、CODMn、NH3-N、DO、COD and pH, which are showed that CODMn、T are the main factors in spring; PH、DO are the main factors in autumn; TP、pH are the main factors in winter。...
