The transgenic tech has been in controversy since its geniture. However, with its constantly emerged achievments and larger application scope, it now has been used in many fields like agriculture, medicine, manufacture and even military etc. People begin to feel all the transformations to biogen imposed by transgenic tech day by day, gradually see that the application of transgenic had broken through the innate inheritance of nature and evolution rule. Besides it is hard for people to predict the result of the impact of transformed genes in a brandnew genetic environment. Its duality has a close relationship with human society and the nature. Among all the biotechnologies, transgene tech is the most potential, brighted and unpredictable in the21th century. With the method of PEST,and from the angle of politics, economic, society and technology etc, the last part will probe the principles that security applications of trangenic tech should follow and then comprehensively probe the countermeasure of it so as to truly realize the heathy and sustainable development of transgene tech.The application of transgene involves many aspects, only by correctly analysing the challenges and oppurtunyties it takes, leading it into a heathy development through the aspects of politics, economic, society and technology can the transgenic tech real benefit we human beings.
