Two-component signal transduction systems (TCSs), consisting of a sensor kinase (SK) and a cognate response regulator (RR), are the signal transduction mediation of most Microorganisms. By bioinformation analysis, we found there were more than fifty-two TCSs in streptomyces hygroscopicus5008. Using homologous recombination via intergeneric conjugation, there were six TCS deletion mutations had been obtained, they are△SHJG0509/0509,△SHJG0929/0930,△SHJG1103/1104,△SHJG1362/1363,△SHJG2117/2118,△SHJG6960/6961, and we have explored these TCSs preliminarily.
