| Sustainable utilization of ground water, which has great contribution to fresh water resource, has got an increasingly attention. The study of sustainable utilization of groundwater will provide not only scientific basis for drawing up strategic policy of sustainable utilization of water resource, but also rationale for the strategy of sustainable development of the society and economy. As the great problem of the use of groundwater, irrational exploitation of groundwater makes groundwater exhausted while gives rise to a series of environment problems. No use of the groundwater regard as irrational exploitation of groundwater not only brings about waste of groundwater but also lead to a serial of problem, salinization of soil to be an example. The calculation and evaluation of groundwater involve many aspects. Such as research of hydrology and hydrogeology parameters, research of water transformation relation and rainfall infiltration mechanism, research of supply resources, research of storage resources, research of safe yield, and research of model of calculation and evaluation of groundwater.Actually, the research of sustainable utilization of groundwater should aim at the groundwater resources itself, to ensure that the exploitation of groundwater won’t bring out the exhaust of the groundwater. The dynamic process line of the groundwater rises and falls around a particular numerical value. And the long time average annual value remain unchanged as time goes on.Meanwhile, according to the theory of changeable system, the average years recharge varies with the exploitation of groundwater. A possible maximum average years recharge and the corresponding appropriate burial depth exist. The conception of sustainable exploitation of groundwater is enriched and recruited based on the theory of changeable system. The theory of changeable system was used in hydrology parameters experiment and the region water resource was achieved by means of analysis and calculation of the experiment results. The ratio between the theory of changeable system and the traditional method was got, and the results will provide reference for the development and utilization of groundwater. |
