| Because of atmospheric pressure low temperature plasma need not expensive vacuum system so it has been widely used, especially in the biomedical and biotechnology sterilization by for outstanding. With the help of DBD technique, we design a plasma needle electro-discharge system. The plasma discharge system can generate well-distributed, high density and long plasma needle. The experimental results show that the higher concentration of oxygen has better sterilization effect. During the sterilization experiment, we process the Candida albicans for3minutes by dielectric barrier glow discharge plasma. The kill-effect that consistent with the distribution of oxygen is obvious. Finally, we can draw a conclusion that Oxygen indicate prior have certain effect on sterilization. In addition, we also introduced another kill the water Candida albicans device experiment. The experiments show that when the power supply voltage and frequency were26kv and2.1kHz, under the conditions of pure oxygen, after40minutes of treatment, the plasma get the best use of sterilization to Candida albican. |
