In this paper,Sr3Al2O3N2:Eu2+phosphors were prepared by the high temperature solid state method with SrCO3、AlN and Eu2O3as rawmaterial.The effects of phosphor’s luminescent intensity was investigated by experiments.Phosphors were tested by X-ray diffraetion analysis and fluoreseene spectrometer analysis,and the results were analysed. Phosphors have better luminescent properties when they were prepared in the condition of1375℃retaining temperature for3hours,Eu2+ion doping concentration is10mol%,NH4Cl adding concentration is0.3wt%.The emission spectra was550nm-650nm peaking at592nm when is exciting at460nm.The luminescent properties of phosphors were better with Ce3+ion doping concentration is3mol%and Eu2+ion doping concentration is10mol%or Dy3+ion doping concentration is5mol%and Eu2+ion doping concentration is10mol%.When adding concentration of Ca2+replacing the lattice of Sr2+is20mol%and forming solid solution,he luminescent properties of phosphors were better too.
