| Soft soil problem is now one of the most common and harm geological disasters, whichmakes the threat more and more prominent for the project safety, city construction,environmental protection, economic development and people’s life. In China soft soil researchmainly focus on littoral soft soil but not the inland fluvial-lacustrine soft soil, even its researchis the blank in many aspects. To solve the problem, the distribution and physical andmechanical indexes of the inland fluvial-lacustrine soft soil are studied. There are thefollowing results.1. Referencing the research results of highway natural regionalization, combied with thenatural condition of inland fluvial-lacustrine soft soil area and practical experiences on roadconstruction, the secondary regionalization scheme of inland fluvial-lacustrine soft soil isproposed.2. On the basis of the principles and methods of regionalization, and methods of thehighway natural regionalization, the secondary regionalizationn of inland fluvial-lacustrinesoft soil is worked according to the topography, climate, regional geology, the geologicalstructure and hydrogeology.3. Based on the collection and analysis for the physical and mechanical indexes of theinland fluvial-lacustrine soft soil, the variability and stability of these indexes are analyzeddepply. It is turned out that the natural moisture content, natural void ratio, plasticity index,compressibility and the compressive modulus are chosen as the identification indexes ofInland fluvial-lacustrine soft soil. |
