Ocean data buoys are one of the morden device used monitoring the ocean.Theycan get the exact ocean enviorment data every moment because of collecting,signing,even sending the data by themselves. This device can be used both obtaining the waterand weather data of the ocean surface and monitoring the fishing enviorment, thephysical&chemistry feather of the water even the other sides of the deep ocean profilecomprehensivly. The ocean data buoy couldn’t instead of station and the boat of theocean monitor. Recently the buoys are multidisciplinary exceeding the previous unitytotally.From the weather and water regular parameter to the many kinds ocean ones, fromthe surface to the bottom, the whole3D monitors are used in the weather, water,enviorment, ecology, optical, acoustic, military, geological or other field. There are18,000KM mainland line and about3,000,000KM2ocean area, which is1/3mainlandarea. So making great efforts to develop the resource and building the ocean economicas soon as possible is important. At the same time,the first step to do is own manykinds of ocean data which are from ocean data buoys. Finally ocean data buoysresearch is the most important key to the ocean.This thesis takes the ocean data buoy as a model, though the way of the theoryanalysis and numerical simulation. Simulating and researching the movement under thewind&wave from the ocean surface. Also caculating the force and analysising thestability of the ocean buoys by commercialize software FLUENT.The theory research analysis the main parameter of the wind&wave.Decompositing the long irregulate wave to simplify by Fourier then getting the generalfunction of the wind&wave. After it, the main reasons which affect the movement of thebuoy has came. Taking the ship buoy under the3,4ocean condition forexample.Through the establishment of buoy’s moving equations and the MATLABsimulation, caculating the relationship between the rolly angle and roll time. In order to satisfied the necessary work condition of the buoy, reducing the roll angle is the firstjob. There is a useful method of reducing the roll angle to raise the stability of the buoyswith the mechanical structures.Then based on commercial software FLUENT and the fluid volume model(VOF),simulating the force of the buoy in the wind&wave. According the result of the lift anddrug, changing the height of the buoy’s waterline to adjust the force. Also designingthe structure of the buoys to control the state of the waterline by SOLIDWORKS, inorder to increase the stability on the ocean.The CFD software FLUENT was used as the foundation to develop the numericalwave flume, in which the governing equations are the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS) equations and the standard k ε turbulence model. The wave generating andabsorbing were introduced into the RANS equations as the source terms using therelaxation approach. A new module of the wave generating and absorbing function,which is suitable for FLUENT based on the volume of fluid method (VOF), wasestablished. Within the numerical wave flume, the reflected waves from the modelwithin the computation domain can be absorbed effectively before second reflectionappears due to the wave generating boundary. The computational results of the wavepressures on the bottom of the slab were validated for the different relative clearance bythe experimental data. Good agreements were found. It is suggested that this newnumerical wave flume is capable of simulating the phenomenon of wave impact,especially the process of the negative pressure.The ocean data buoys can realize the real time monitor to the enviorment, alarmeven forecast. Also they can supply the fully, visual, intuitive decision making, whichcan prevent the accidents of the ocean nature disaster and secondary disaster. Finally todevelop the ocean data buoy is meaningful for the ocean blue and national economy.
