Real Estate Property Mapping Quality Management System Study

Property rights of Surveying and Mapping industry is a new sector born after thenational housing reform. With the rapid development of urbanization and the real estatemarket, as well as the enforcement of “property law”, property mapping quality hasgradually become the focus of all the interests, at the same time, the focus of thedepartment in charge of management at all levels. That affects the stability andharmony of the real estate industry. Whereas the property rights of surveying andmapping quality management is immature, that there are many details of the operation(between such laws and regulations document) which is not clear, and the measurementand evaluation of the quality of property rights of surveying and mapping andevaluation of the lack of the necessary criteria, the property rights of surveying andmapping enterprise quality management approach is unreasonable and incomplete,leading to the property rights of Surveying and Mapping. The results of quality variesgreatly, that is a serious impediment to the development of the property surveying andmapping quality.In this thesis, the integration of quality management theory and property rightsmapping quality management, the integrated use of quality management theory andproperty rights mapping quality management status quo, to take the questionnaire andthe quality management literature analysis combining around to meet the laws andregulations document requirements for the center to carry out exploratory research andlessons learned to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of validity, suitability,operability of real estate property surveying and mapping quality management model toadequately manage the resources of all parties, to improve service efficiency, reduceproduction costs and mapping of total quality management to enhance the entireproperty rights level.(1) to define the property rights of Surveying and Mapping qualitycontent, to clarify property rights mapping quality requirements and qualitycharacteristics, and property surveying and mapping quality defects of the analysis.(2)By research on the Surveying and Mapping in the field of real Estate, knowing theproperty mapping unit management and technical personnel on the property rights ofSurveying and Mapping’s view of quality management and quality management statusof the property rights of Surveying and Mapping, the research data and analyzed, thequality management system for the study of property rights of Surveying andMapping reference.(3)Combining the property rights of Surveying and Mapping thebasic principles of quality management and quality management theory and analysis ofresearch findings, re-planing of the property rights of Surveying and Mapping qualitymanagement, and property mapping quality management system for continuousimprovement. Quality Function Deployment to the requirements of laws and regulations,documents and Stakeholder on the property rights surveying and mapping results intothe control elements of the mapping quality management of property rights, while demonstrating the degree of importance of each control factor to the limited resourcespriority allocation to the relative importance of process; change through processreengineering method on the property mapping quality management system,breakthrough thinking, as the core business process improvement through theidentification, decomposition and evaluation of business processes, and require help tocomplete the laws and regulations document all the links to sort out and optimize theintegration, to remove unnecessary links, redesign business processes, improvemanagement mode, and to increase the core competitiveness of enterprises.Finally, to sum up this thesis,and to outlook of the property rights of Surveyingand Mapping the future of quality management, and to propose some new ideas to befurther research.
