In the design and analysis of the networked control systems, systems stability which is a structural nature of the systems and is related to the system whether it can work normally, should be firstly considered. According to the latest developments of the networked control systems theory, robust stability of neutral systems and multiple time delay network systems with nonlinear perturbation is mainly studied by this article. In the study of the neutral systems with nonlinear perturbations, based on the methods of Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequalities (LMIS), according to Newton-Leibniz formula and the free weighted matrix, in order to check the robust stability of the considered systems, we construct a new Lyapunov function which can be easy to get stability criterion and the maximum delay upper bound of the corresponding system. Numerical examples are given to indicate that our methods are more effective than others. In the study of the multiple time delay network systems with nonlinear perturbations, we first conduct a network control systems model of multi-delay according to the network control system characteristics and single delay model. Then, we extend conclusion of the reference to multiple time-delay network systems. Our conclusion is applied more widely while the conclusion of the reference is a special case of our conclusion.
