With the rapid development of computer technology, network technology and control application, the networked control systems have draw great attention and become a research focus in the field of international control. It has many advantages, such as resource sharing, less connection, easier expansion and maintenance, high efficiency, reliability and flexibility, etc. However, inevitably, the existence of the network causes network-induced delay, date packets dropout and disordering, and such type of delay, which is time-varying and uncertain, may cause function degradation and even system instability. Therefore, a research is needed in networked control systems. So far, a great deal of achievement has been made in the modeling of networked control systems, analysis of stability and controller design. In this article, on the basis of previous stability analysis of networked control systems to stuy exponential stability and guaranteed cost control of singular networked control systems, thus the closed-loop system has different feedback matrix, which will make the system to achieve new stability. The content of the paper is summarized as follows:In Chapter One, the current research status, the characteristics, developments, and existing problems of the network control systems are introduced. In Chapter Two, the development and the basic concepts of singular systems, the related problems and some relevant theorems are introduced. In Chapter Three, exponential stability problems of singular networked control systems with uncertain delay and data packets dropout are researched. On the assumption that(1) network exists in between the sensor and the controller.(2) the sensor is clock-driven and the sampling period is T, controller and actuator are event-driven.(3)Ď„sck is network time delay from the sensor to the controller, which is time-varying and uncertain. The singular networked control systems are modelled for asynchronous dynamic systems, using the state feedback control, to study its exponential stability of the system. In Chapter Four, guaranteed cost control for singular networked control systems with uncertain time delay is researched. considering that the sensor is clock-driven, and the controller and actuator are event-driven, this paper use Lyapunov theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) to deduce the sufficient condition of the existence of state feedback guaranteed cost control law and the corresponding guarranteed cost upper bound of the closed loop, and then gives the design method. In Chapter Five, it presents the summary of the paper and deepens the researches that have been done, pointing out the unsolved problems and proposing the perspective on the furthermore study.
