Geological disaster is a kind of geological processes that make environmental damage and loss under natural or human factor in human’s life. Jiangxi Province locates in hilly ground, most of land be covered by hills and mountains. Hiss accounted for about78%of the total area of Jiangxi Province. The type of disaster occurs in Jiangxi Province mainly to the collapse, landslide and debris flow. The three type of geological disaster often burst in no warning. The disaster is easy to caused great harm and greater economic losses.In this article, firstly, research the disaster occur in Jiangxi Province (the main object of study is the collapse, landslides, mudslides that common geological disaster) base on disaster statistics. And then discovering the most important factor by PCA and other mathematical method. By the research combine meteorological and geological and then build the prediction model.Secondly, Reference to the method in the prevention of geological disasters at home and abroad. Focused on understanding the studies made by the other provinces in the disaster warning decision-making, combined with the relevant departments of Jiangxi Homeland network, information technology the functions of relevant departments. The then design of a Disaster Prevention Decision Support System Based on GIS, combine the GIS space to store the spatial and analysis capabilities with own model. Provide a novel and effective scientific solutions for geological disaster assessment and disaster preparedness in Jiangxi Province.Finally, in a system design based on the development of a GIS-based geological disaster forecasting and early warning decision support system. The system is able to centrally manage spatial data on the basis of Geological data, geological disasters data, and other business. Download the data real-time and combine the data that store in system especially model data to operate analysis and provide decision to the professionals, the level leadership, and the masses of reference of the emergency shelters.
