Neural network is a biology-based in-depth research on cranial nerve network, whichis more widely applied in artificial neural network by simulating the structure andoperation of neural network. Artificial neural network is simulated biological mastercheng yen’s way of thinking the abstract, simplified, simulation, to obtain informationdistributed storage and the signal processing, and to set up corresponding mathematicalmodel. We can say this modeled the nervous system structure and function of theinformation processing system is a nonlinear dynamic system, a single neuron in itssystem structure is for its simple, the function is also limited, but will billions of a neuroncell in different ways of connection of neural network function of the realization of thesystem is very powerful. So the neural network for nonlinear system identification andcontrol method research is very necessary.The paper basically based on neural network for nonlinear system identificationresearch, give the neural network for nonlinear system adaptive identification method, andbased on the Lyapunov stability theory, proves the validity of the identification method,through the simulation of Matlab verify the identification method of performance.Based on neural network for nonlinear system control research, give the neuralnetwork for nonlinear system adaptive control method, and based on the Lyapunovstability theory, proves the validity of the control method, through the simulation ofMatlab verify the performance of the control method.
