We study the dynamical effects for the system of many trapped atoms under thecondition of large polarization, wherein the coupling between the atomic internalstates and light can be had as collective excitation. And the atoms are dynamicallyidentical. As the decay of atoms and cavity field are considered both, the open systemwill show complex behavior. The variation of field transmission is analyzed involving the atomic decay, comparing with that under the condition of considering the cavity field decay. Thederivation of field transmission is given in detail. The dependence of the steady valueof transmission on all coefficients is investigated, as well as the dependence of theinitially prepared states. The oscillation of the photon number is more obvious for the coherent states thanthat for the number states, which is corresponding to the quite high-order correlationof the coherent states. On the contrary, the photon number does not reveal so manyoscillations as the system was prepared in the number states. The high-order emissionand absorption can be neglected at all. For the enough long evolution, the photonnumber goes to a steady value. The coherence of number decreases along the line ofcoherent states, to the direct product of coherent state and number state, even tonumber states. Additionally, the dependence of the number on time exactly reveals thelevel structure of the system.
