Open-pit mining enjoys priority in the development strategy of China’s coal industry, andhas been seen a rapid expansion and development. The same time, it also led to the frequentoccurrence of landslides and other geological disasters. Landslide as a serious dangers ofnatural disasters, threatening the safety of the lives and property of the people, and mayproduce huge economic losses. Slope monitoring is an important means and measures thatensure that slope safety during the construction and the using period. As a representative ofthe modern measurement techniques, GPS technology has such advantages as high accuracy,free from restrictions of climatic conditions and visibility conditions, and a high degree ofautomation. The application of GPS technology in open pit slope monitoring can realizehigh-precision monitoring of slope deformation as well as realizing intelligent and automatedslope monitoring.This thesis applies GPS technology in monitoring and forecasting slope stability of openpits, based on the theory of GPS technology. To solve the problems that cycle slips frequentlytake place in GPS positioning process and affect positioning accuracy, this thesis put forwarda theory in detection and repairing cycle slips, which combines Carrier phase for differencemethod and fitting of a polynomial. The thesis devises and realizes GPS-based slopemonitoring data processing system. This system can automatically monitors the slope surfacedisplacement, internal displacement monitoring, cross-sectional analysis, real-time data,historical data query, monitoring the amount of statistical analysis and monitoring forecastand alarm. |
