Laser ranging technology for its non-contact measurement, the reference traceable to thespeed of light and other features come to the fore in recent years in a variety rangingtechnology is widely used in various fields. Conventional phase rangingsecondary mixer law, a more complex structure, the quadrature mixer method proposed toimprove the shortcomings, combined with digital synchronous demodulation phasemeasurement technology can further simplify the entire ranging system. Foreign countrieshave such technology range finder, and domestic research in this area is not, therefore, basedon the quadrature mixer and digital synchronous demodulation of phase-shift laser rangefinder, a very important value.The topic first introduces the development of laser ranging technology on the principleand application of several common laser ranging, focusing on the structure and principles ofphase-shift laser ranging system, and then proposed a new traditional technology andmethodsbased on quadrature mixer and digital synchronous demodulation of phase-shift laserranging system agencies. A brief description of the principle of quadrature mixer technologyis elaborated on the basis of the traditional mixing method and phase measurement algorithmand digital synchronous demodulation phase measuring algorithm software simulation, whichproves the feasibility and superiority of this method.The article focuses on digital demodulation, so paper gives a brief introductionmicrocontroller, including an overview, presentation and microcontroller development platform initialization process. Detailed design of the content is the main program, includingdata acquisition and processing module and PC serial interface reception program design,program simulation performed debugging. Using MATLAB for the entire process ofmeasuring the phase of the simulation, combining simulation images were analyzed andexplained. Finally, error analysis, and text to make a summary and outlook.
