In recent years, the scientific community identified and recognized the fact:the existence of a few days or a few hours before the earthquake in the onospheric disturbance, this earthquake is our short-impending prediction provides a useful tool. Before the2008Wenchuan earthquake,22monitoring the ionospheric TEC and fOF2anomaly. More and more researchers think, ionospheric observations may become a breakthrough point for short-impending earthquake prediction; at the same time, by using the method of ground-based and space observations combined, theestablishment of " stereoscopic observation network world integration ", is the breakthrough of earthquake prediction problems way. In order to strengthen the North China arthquake tracking work, innovation to promote the seismic ionospheric observation technology research, China Earthquake Administration and the national defense science and Industry Bureau jointly launched the "metropolitan ionospheric precursors of earthquake monitoring network" project. Liaoning Bureau in2009June with the foundation of the ionospheric oblique station data.Research so far the ionosphere in Liaoning area is blank, to strengthen the Liaoning area earthquake tracking work and improve the prediction level of Liaoning area, we need to carry out basic research work of the ionosphere, provides a new means for seismic trend in Liaoning area identification, explore the new method of earthquake monitoring and prediction, and provide the basic information for earthquake in Liaoning region comprehensive observation and prediction research.This paper is based on the Earthquake Administration of Liaoning province2012annual research project "Liaoning area electron concentration and the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of ionospheric parameters", observation data of3ionospheric oblique station recorded in2009by the Liaoning area has, supplemented by space-based data, in order to ionospheric parameters as the research object, to carry out the following research:(1) statistical analysis of daily variation of ionospheric parameters, the seasonal variation and the characteristic parameters of time series variation characteristics and combined with the space environment analysis the disturbance characteristics.(2) compared with common Craig, modified Craig method and CRI model based on spatial distribution characteristics of ionospheric parameters.
