As a basic resource,the Karst water has three functions as follow: Resource-function,Ecological Environment Function and Geologic Environment Function. But with thedevelopment of society and economy, the degree of the exploitation and utilization of Karstwater is increasing constantly, which caused great changes of the quantity and quality of theKarst water, and also brought about a series of problems on ecological environment and thegeological environment three functions of the Karst water have also changed.The article makeChangqing as study area, collecting a large number of data, on the basis of hydrogeologicalconditions, analyzes the occurrence, migration and transformation rule of karst water in theresearch area, and discusses relationship among the karst water system and ecologicalenvironment system and geological environment system. According to the theory of functionevaluation of groundwater and the underground flow numerical simulation establishesevaluation system of the karst water system function in Changqing, analyzes the the conditionsabout the resource function, ecological environment function and geological environmentfunction of karst water in system research area. Theory basis is provided for the realizationsustainable use of karst resource on study area. The conclusions and innovations aresummarized as follows:1. Based on the actual conditions of the study area, the karst water system function currentsituation of the research area is analyzed in the paper, the result indicated that karst waterresources and the ecological environment function are gradually weakening, but geologicalenvironment function is still in a relatively stable state on the study area.2. Through the analysis the influence factors and characterization factor of systemfunction of the karst water, and on the basis of the selection principle of index, the paperconstructs evaluation system of karst water system function which consist of four layersincluding object layer, fuction layer, attribute layer and index layer. Nine attribute indexes andnineteen foundation indexes are selected for supporting the resource function, the ecologicalenvironment function and geological environment function of the karst water system.Amongthem, the resources function is described by the resource possession, resource regrowth andresource regulatory and resource availability; The ecological environment function is described by the landscape environment maintenance and water environment relevance, vegetationmaintenance and land relevance four attribute index to describe; Geological environmentfunction is described by the karst water system decay, and each attribute index is reflected byone or several foundations indexes.3. Groundwater Flow Numerical Simulation is used so that the study area is dissected and12division evaluation are generalized, and at the same time index data and constraint water ofthe resource function, the ecological environment function and geological environmentfunction of the karst water system are picked up by numerical simulation, and then the data iscalculated and normalized, or through the method of expert estimation, eventually got thespecific indexes of the karst water system functions.4. Analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate index weight and the resource function,the ecological environment function and geological environment function of karst water systemis evaluated by the method of comprehensive index, and on the basis of it, the karst watersystem is evaluated comprehensively. The results indicated the research area has relativeabundant karst water resources, the resource function is stronger, and the problems ofecological environment and the geological environment are not serious. the relationshipbetween Karst water system and ecological environment, the geological environments is moreclosely. And according to the evaluation results of the karst water resource function, theecological environment function and geological environment function get study area systemcomprehensive function that is sustainability is general.
