The rapid development of science and technology, especially in the high-techfieldssuch as robots, nuclear, electrical networks, large flexible structures and so on, has putforward higher requirements for the accuracy of control system. The traditional methodsof control theory shows more and more limitations, so, in this engineering urgent request,nonlinear system and robust control theory has research staff, and has rapid development.In our papers, based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii function method in LMI technique,we study two unliner netural systems with time delays, including the robust passivestability, the controller design and the filter design. We use robust control theory to designcontroller. the main work are generalized as follows.:1) This paper concerns the issue of a new robust exponential stability for uncertaintiescomplex neutral systems with mixed time-varying delays. In terms of a Lyapunov functionand liner matrix inequality (LMI), the paper presented some new stability conditions withtime-varying delay dependence.2) In this paper, the problem of H_∞filtering for neutral systems with momlinearperturbations is addressed. The design procedures for the existence of such filter arepresented to in terms of a set of LMIs. Slack variables and convex combination techniqueare adopted to reduce the conservation of obtained results.3) This paper concerns the issue of a Robust H_∞guaranteed cost filtering foruncertain neutral time-delay systems The system under consideration contain time varyingbut norm bounded parameter uncertainties, stochastic disturbance, time-varying delay andvector-bounded nonlinearities. Based on a novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method,some new delay-dependent stability conditions are presented in terms of linear matrixinequalities, and the H_∞is designed.
