Recently, pollution prevention, environmental remediation, renewable materials and energy effect have become the important factor of the sustainable development. As the consumption of non-renewable resources, utilization of renewable resource have become a new research spot, Cellulose is the most abundant in the biosphere and renewable biomass, But a small portion can be used by human. Not only wasted of precious resources, but also caused serious environmental pollution. Therefore, cellulose utilization and transformation is the significant important method to solve the world energy crisis and environmental pollution.Biodegradation of cellulose is the effect measures to control environmental pollution. It is mainly use of cellulose degrading bacteria and the degradation of cellulase. The cellulolytic myxobacteria is very potential. It can effectively make use of cellulose resources. And the complex carbon source can be used.Strains were isolated from the sample of the different ecological environment (bark and soil), and Study on Degradation Characteristics. At the same time, separating to the ordinary cellulose degradation bacteria and comparing with cellulolytic myxobacteria and other factors, in order to determine the cellulolytic myxobacteria’s optimal fermentation conditions. For future research, laboratory of cellulose degradation bacteria to lay the foundation.1. The experiments were isolated from10strains with cellulose degradation ability of Myxobacteria.On the basis of fruiting body morphological characteristics, the strains were identified to be Sorangjumecuuotusm2. Enzyme activities were determined by DNS method.SP1have the highest enzyme activity, which reached8.76U/ml.But SP4have the lowest enzyme activity, which reached2.7U/ml.3. the optimization results show the condition of producing enzyme cellulolytic myxobacteria are growing well in the culture medium of carbon source and nitrogen source for straw paper, peptone, the pH value of7.5.and the enzyme activity is high. 4. the cellulolytic Myxobacteria and ordinary cellulose degradation bacteria enzyme activities were compared.The results show that, enzyme activity of cellulolytic myxobacteria are more higher than ordinary cellulose degradation bacteria...
