With the development of the domestic satellite and launching of the highresolution satellite, satellite data for land resource survey project using began to tilttoward domestic satellite, then changed the passive situation that China relatedfields purchase a large amount of satellite image from foreign and enhanced theautonomous supply capability and international competitiveness of the highresolution remote sensing satellite image. In order to rapidly promote the applicationof domestic satellite data in the field of investigation and monitoring of land, and tomake the domestic satellite data to meet the needs of remote sensing monitoring ofland-use, developing the investigation of domestic satellite in land is necessary.The ZY3satellite is a high resolution optical satellite for civil use,China’s firstself-developed stereomapping satellite. The ZY3satellite image represent theadvanced level of China’s independent civil remote sensing satellites in terms ofspatial resolution, positioning accuracy and timeliness, it services on basic surveyingand mapping, land, agriculture, environment, mitigation, planning and otherindustries image data requirements, and has broad application prospects. To makegood use of the ZY3satellite data, and fully play its role in the investigation andmonitoring of land and resources, we need to carry out a comprehensive study onthe data quality, technical method of the latest domestic data ZY3and application inthe work of land and resources.Based on our ZY3satellite as the data source, this article completed DOMprocessing method, information extraction and the evaluation of applicationpotential in terms of remote sensing monitoring of land-use, the main researchresults are as follows:1, studied data processing, information extraction method and technologicalprocess of the ZY3satellite, including registration, band combination, fusion,correction, color, mosaic, cutting processing method and the extraction method ofchange information of ZY3data. Established the processing method and process ofland-use remote sensing monitoring based on ZY3data, to provide technicalreference for land-use investigation of related project. 2, to Anhui, Shandong, Henan as the research area, analyzed the application ofZY3satellite in remote sensing monitoring of land-use and evaluated the correctionaccuracy, the accuracy of registration and fusion effect of resources three data.Through the sampling method, verified the change detection capability on ZY3datawith higher resolution data. According to the characteristics of land resourcesinvestigation and application, combined with the industry standards and technicalspecifications of land survey to carry out application potential analysis andevaluation.3, Compared and researched with the same level data, including the textureresolution and change detection capability of domestic satellite TH1and ZY-102Cdata and the image quality of foreign satellites SPOT5data, analyzed the applicabilityof ZY3satellite in remote sensing monitoring of land-use.4, The research of this article will accumulate experience and technical methodfor the wide application of ZY3data, it will rapid advance ZY3data applying toremote sensing monitoring direction of land survey, and make the ZY3data source asupplementary data of land survey.
