Application Of Data Quality Control Method In Land Change Survey Of Remote Sensing Monitoring Project

Data quality is the key to ensure the project produced data has value, is one of thebasic attributes of data. Data quality if the unknown is not being used, but can notconstruct the database to share in the big scope. Therefore, spatial data are required tocarry out quality inspection and acceptance in the production is completed,identification of data quality, for the use of the data to provide quality assurance.Land change survey as a large project has a nationwide, the production of theremote sensing monitoring stage data, is the foundation of this project can be smoothlyafter phase change survey, data statistics, results of acceptance and so on. So， theremote sensing monitoring stage production data quality is guaranteed, the accuracy ofthe data is updated on the state-owned land change data, is very important. To ensuredata of remote sensing monitoring project to achieve the necessary qualityrequirements, and without waste of productivity repetitive processing circumstances,only through the data quality control of scientific and reasonable to achieve. However,the final data examination is mainly divided into check data accuracy, datastandardization two. In view of land change survey of remote sensing monitoringproject, the production process using a standard and scientific data in each stage of theproject combines stage data inspection for quality control data. And put forward theconcept of quality evaluation stage and the whole data for project data, the data resultsof a huge project can meet the quality requirements according to the results, showing aclear and concise evaluation method, which is convenient for understanding dataquality is more intuitive. Therefore, this paper carried out the following work:1） According to the four stages of remote sensing monitoring project: datareceiving stage, production stage, remote sensing image interpretation stage, dataconsolidation stage, production process standardization. A variety of methods of experimental design in the production process, data quality, higher efficiency andhigher.2） Through the relevant methods of quality control of data, aiming at each stageand the overall design reasonable data quality check method of land change survey ofremote sensing monitoring project.So,phased achievements in the production process,quality inspection data; data inspection method after the completion of the variousstages and the completion of the entire project.3) Study on Evaluation System of data quality, based on data derived from thevarious stages of production and the whole of the generated data feature data, design asimple and reasonable data quality evaluation system, and establish the quality model.From this system can directly see the data quality of each stage and the wholecompleted.
