To recognize clearly the distribution factors of sand body of Gaotaizi reservoir in theWest slope,the study is that according to results of analysis of lots of core samples、3D seismicand logging data,use principle of high-resolution sequence technique, study and analysisprecisely on reservoir of G oil layer, QingⅡ+Ⅲ is divided into14small layers according todevelopment of sand body, and build up the general district sequence stratigraphicframework of G oil layer from Jiangqiao-Pingyang area.Depending on the information of heavy minerals、planar distribution characteristics ofthe seismic attributes and the change law of colour of mudstone and sandy ratio,this studyresearches provenances system of G oil layer in the study area. As a result, G oil layersedimentary period was mainly affected by the north QiQiHaEr provenances and thesouthwest YingTai provenances.Based on the study and analysis of layer and provenances, this study builds up thelogging facies, to study sedimentary microfacies of G oil layer from Jiangqiao area toPingyang area.Recognizing that G oil layer is Depositional system from laker to delta,thereare three subphases that include delta plain、delta front and shore-shallow lacustrine and11sedimentary microfacies. The delta plain subphase includes overwater distributary channelmicrofacies、crevasse spray microfacies and gulf of the distributary watercourse microfacies;the delta front subphase includes subaqueous distributary channel microfacies、river mouthbar microfacies、distal bar microfacies、delta front sheet sand microfacies and subaqueousinterdistributary channel microfacies.Combining the research sesult above and the analysis ofdefeat well, this study concludes that oil reservoir formation is mainly controlled by3mechanisms, including structure mechanism、sedimentary facies mechanism and gentle slopemechanism. Finally, this study predicts the Jiang37wells area as the next favorable target ofresearch.
