In this paper, after the analysis of land information sources and classification, characteristics,differences, land information integration requirements, objectives and content is identified. In thesupport of Mapgis, Arcgis, FME, a variety of methods on land information integration wasstudied, land information integration framework and data model was established on base ofGeodatabase database management systems. The land information integrated database of jiyangwas setted up after the data integrating and data loading of land planning information, farmlandgrading information, land consolidation information, land types polygon information, basicfarmland information, basic geographic element, urban master planning information, as well associo-economic data.After the study of the theory and methods of spatial data mining, carried out the spatial datamining of agricultural land, construction land and unused land on Jiyang through spatial analysistechniques and statistical analysis methods. On agricultural land, the number of features andspatial characteristics of the2006-2012Jiyang agricultural land changes in the quality wasresearched; On construction land, spatial-temporal features of construction land expansion anddriving forces on the1996-2010Jiyang was researched;On unused land, the number and theland type of unused land development on the1996-2010was analyzed. The main achievements:(1)The integration of land information was divided into the integration of the spatialcoordinates system, the spatial data and attribute data, the data of different formats, the differentscale data, the vector data and raster data; Through the Mapgis, Arcgis and FME software, thetechnology of land information integration was defined, and designing the land informationintegration framework and data model on base of Geodatabase database management systems;After the data integrating of land information on Jiyang, the land information integrated databasewas setted up through data loadind.(2) The data mining of agricultural land on Jiyang shows that81.64%of the physical qualitygrade of the agricultural land remains unchanged, and17.28%of the agricultural land improvesone physical quality grade;38.40%of utilization grade of the agricultural land remainsunchanged, and the proportion of the total agricultural land improved one utilization grade is31.69%; The proportion raised two utilization grade and reduced one utilization grade is11.40%and10.12%; The region that physical quality grade improved was concentrated in Taiping located in the west part of the town and Renfeng located in the northeastern one, the physicalquality grade remains unchanged is distributed in county; The region that utilization gradereduced was concentrated in the part of northwest and northeast, such as Xinshi,Qudi andRenfeng, but the utilization grade improved was concentrated in the central and southern parts ofthe county, such as Sungeng, Huihe and Cuizhai.(3)The results of the data mining of construction land shows that the construction landexperienced a process of slow change-rapid change-intensive change during in the study period,the expansion of urban construction and residential areas was mainly reason for the expansion ofconstruction land; The expansion of construction land has a significant regional differences,greatly affected by policy factors, economic development and population growth are the twomain driving factors.(4)The results of the data mining of unused land shows that the total area of landdevelopment is405.56hectares between1996and2010, with an average annual of27.04hectares; The most part of unused land was developed into arable land, also includes aconsiderable portion of serviced agricultural land and residential areas, and a small amount ofurban construction; On the spatial characteristics of unused land development, the key area isSungeng and Huihe where located in yellow river beach.
