Research On The Management Of Real Estate Archives Information Based On Gis Technology

In recent years, real estate market is developing rapidly in China. The business of house demolition, commercial house sale and house mortgage continue to increase, it leads to the change of the real estate archives more frequent. To speed up the real estate data update, keep the actuality of the real estate archives data and provide the basis for the decision-making of the government departments, macro forecast, decision-making departments hope that a new generation of real estate archives information management system is not only able to achieve efficient storage of vast amounts of data of the real estate archives, but also able to achieve the preservation, historical review, update and maintenance of the real estate archives data. It proposed a new challenge for the management of real estate archives.The real estate archives data has dual characteristics:temporality and extensity. It is able to achieve a comprehensive analysis, fast query, the historical review and forecast of the real estate archives data only by mastering the present potential of strong, high accuracy, geolocation-based spatio-temporal data. The real estate archives not only have many kinds of spatio-temporal data, but also have a large amount of information. In order to maintain the actuality and effectiveness of the real estate archives data, to provide the individual or the government legal protection and basis for decision making, the characteristics of real estate archives data must be fully analyzed, so that real estate archives data can be managed legitimately and efficiently. The application of GIS technology in this area has achieved some results. It is critical to explore how to create a spatio-temporal data model to reflect the temporal and spatial change of the real estate archives data, completely record and describe the ins and outs of the house, so that can save, restore and track the real estate archives data.This thesis researched the management of the real estate archives data based on GIS technology. Firstly, it analyzed spatio-temporal data model development as well as its application in the real estate archives data. Secondly, it analyzed the spatial and temporal characteristics of the real estate archives data, revealed the temporal and spatial variation regular pattern of the real estate archives data, build the real estate archives object-oriented-the relationship between composite spatio-temporal data model, it can effectively manage a variety of temporal and spatial variation of the real estate archives data. And in accordance with this space-time data model, designed the space-time database based on the three libraries separation technology, so that the estate archives data can be updated and maintained. Finally, it verified the feasibility of the designed real estate archives spatio-temporal data model in practice, and it achieved the goals of temporal and spatial query and analysis for the real estate archives data, the target of "map manages file, map manages house, the integration of map, property and file".
