In this paper, we consider a2x2Sturm-Liouville problem of boundary conditions with parameter.First the asymptotic estimate of the Cauchy’s solutions are obtained by using iterative method.with the given boundary conditions,we construct a function ω(ζ).Then the trace formula is obtained by the residue method.
