| In recent years, many places at home and abroad are presented and proceed with the construction of the wisdom city, city information infrastructure is an important part of wisdom city construction. City information infrastructure management methods and means, have a direct impact on the quality of wisdom city construction.Long-term since, the traditional management of city information infrastructure is by artificial means, it’s efficiency is low. At the same time, because of the infromation infrastructure containing geographic spatial data, the traditional management mode fairly can be visualized using GIS technology, and decision-making information for the relevant government departments is very limited. Therefore, in the process of the wisdom city, a information infrastructure management system based on the WebGIS is very necessary.This paper is based on the basic geographic data and information infrastructure geographic data of Putuo District. It’s goal is efficient management, decision support, convenient public life. It’s principle is simple to use, easy to operate, data security. Combinedwith WebGIS technology, we studied the following contents:(1) Based on the analysis of the traditional management mode of information infrastructure, find out the problems in the management, including low efficiency, nonstandard data, difficult to guarantee integrity, do not support the massive data, data sharing mechanism is not perfect and so on.(2) Based on the problems, we point out the construction of system, including comprehensive information resource database, standard and criterion, application and management system and information intrastructure foreign access window.(3) exploring new ways of information infrastructure management based on WebGIS, studies some main technologies involved.(4)Researching the function construction and realization way of query, statistic, analysis, report, residential building analysis in the process of information instructure management. |
