Porous silicone rubber, also known as foam silicone rubber, sponge silicone rubber, is anew kind of material with the silicone rubber and foam material properties. Not only has alow density, good absorption of mechanical vibration or shock, insulation and sealing, andhas excellent heat resistance. This thesis is focused on preparing foam silicone rubbermaterials and increasing its heat resistance by a variety of impact factors.Combined with a foaming additives to the blowing agent H2and added30%of thesilica, using the circular mold and setting capacity given pressure molded foam process toprepare porous silicon rubber material, obtained silicone rubber vulcanization and foaming agood match, the best overall performance, density588Kg/m3, foaming magnification of1.9times,the bubble hole was closed and oval pore structure, distributed evenly, the hardness offoam silicone rubber is24.3degrees, rebound rate of the ball drop is31.4%, the tensilestrength is0.64MPa, the elongation at break is249.8%.On the basis of the above materials prepared, adding crosslinker, homemade alloycomponents hydroxy-terminated poly dimethyl siloxane such as modified from the structure,as well as different types of thermally conductive fillers, such as heat-resistant filler to getfour types of heat-resistant foam silicone rubber, improved methods of foam silicone rubberfoam structure were studied by TGA, hardness, rate of drop-ball rebound, infraredspectroscopy, microscopy analysis, hot air aging, etc.The results showed that: the alloy components on the foam of the foam silicone rubberhas an adverse effects on the thermal conductivity of the fillers and heat-resistant fillerjoined foam silicone rubber foaming and foaming process; alloy composition and SiCthermal conductivity fillers enhance the mechanical strength of foam silicone rubber,heat-resistant filler iron oxide by adding a significant reduction in the mechanical strength ofthe foam silicone rubber, and micro-foam into a hole structure mainly dominated by theclosed cell structure. SiC thermal conductivity of foam silicone rubber foam evenly, excellent foaming,foaming magnification of1.17times the tensile strength increases1.773MPa, elongation atbreak was114.06%,40.3degrees of hardness, drop-ball rebound rate of18.1%thermalconductivity0.7432W/(mK), mechanics, heat and thermal conductivity is better than theother three types of foam silicone rubber.
