In recent years, with the increase in the depth of coal mining and the application ofmechanized mining methods, the security situation of underground environment is comingcomplex. The traditional data processing methods is difficult to accurately grasp the securitysituation of underground environment. And the multi-sensors applied to the coal mineenvironment monitoring system is an inevitable trend. The monitoring system of mineventilation and gas is a dynamic system. Monitoring data redundancy and the uncertainty ofmine safety influencing factors has become a problem of mine data processing. Ventilationand Gas data fusion technology not only effectively reduce the uncertainly of the impactfactors of mine environmental safety, but also can improve the prediction reliability of mineenvironment security situation.This paper presents a two level data fusion structure can not only get accurate mineenvironmental parameters, but also to ensure consistency judgment of coal mine safety, andthen solve the problem of monitoring data redundancy and the uncertainty of mine safetyinfluencing factors. Two level fusion model using a local parallel and serial integration as awhole structure, can not only solve local homogeneity monitoring data redundancy problem,but also reflect the complementary of the overall heterogeneity monitoring data.In this paper, data fusion theory is applied to the monitoring control system of coal mine.It should be mainly considered, in addition to the gas concentration, to the concentration ofCO, temperature and air flow speed of various environmental factors being impacted on coalmine safety. Firstly, statistical analysis and partial least squares regression analysis can beapplied in the data of monitoring control system. And then adaptive weighted data fusionalgorithm is suitable for the first level integration of monitoring and control data to improvethe monitoring data accuracy. Finally, gray relational analysis is for the secondary fusion, regarding the first fusion result as the input and mine environmental security level as theoutput, combined with the Matlab simulation technology. It has completed the securitysituation in coal mine environment predictions. This paper will be data fusion and Cyberneticsapplied to the ventilation and gas monitoring system, to some extent, improving the reliabilityof coal mine safety decision-making system and enhancing the level of coal mine safetymanagement.
